1. Finally finished reading “War for Late Night”. It’s all about arts is getting its ass kicked by business - the five years transition, the jay leno show, the 12:05 tonight show, is all about lockup the artist and bailout their own dumb decision/failure. Conan, maybe too nice, have too much class (e.g refuse to book Sarah Palin when she has some incident with Dave) and have too much faith in NBC. I couldn’t blame Jay Leno because he is a (joke) machine, all he want is telling joke five days a week on television; He could have show some class when Jay Leno show fail, but hey, he is a machine… Believe in your contract - it is Jay’s two year “pay and play” contract KILLLLL Conan’s no time slot protection Tonight show contract. NBC could cost A LOT MORE than what they pay Conan.
